Eligibility:
The referral program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in New Zealand.
 

Referral Reward:
A referral reward of $2000 NZD ("Reward") will be paid to eligible referrers for successfully referring
a candidate for the Electrician position at Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd. The Reward will be paid
out after the referred Electrician has completed six months of full-time employment with the
company.
 

Eligible Referral:
An eligible referral is a candidate who:
 Is not a current employee of Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd.
 Has not previously applied for a position at Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd.
 Is successfully hired for the advertised Electrician position at Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd.
 Completes six months of full-time employment with the company.
 

Expiration of the Program:
The referral program expires once the Electrician position has been successfully filled. Referrals
made after the position has been filled will not be eligible for the Reward.
 

Payment Process:
The Reward will be paid via bank transfer to the eligible referrer after the referred Electrician has
completed six months of full-time employment. The referrer will be responsible for providing
accurate and up-to-date bank account details for payment processing.
 

Compliance with New Zealand Standards and Legalities:
 The referral program complies with all applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand.
 Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any
time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
 Referrers are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to the Reward, as per
New Zealand tax laws.
 

Confidentiality:
All referrals and related information will be kept confidential. [Your Company Name] will not disclose
the identity of the referrer to the referred candidate without explicit consent.

General Terms:

 Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any referral or referrer that
does not comply with these terms and conditions.
 By participating in the Program, referrers agree to these terms and conditions and the
decisions of Rankin McManus Electrical Ltd, which are final and binding in all matters related
to the Program.
